TERMS OF SERVICE

      By commissioning me, you automatically agree to the terms below.
Statements are subject to discussion prior to the commission.

I. General

       Please provide clear descriptions and references with as much detail as possible.
If there are any doubts or concerns, please voice them as soon as possible.
No ill behaviour or rudeness will be tolerated and will lead to cancellation.
I have the right to decline a commission if you violate any of these terms.

II. Payment

      All payments will be done via Paypal invoices, the fees covered by me and not the customer.
I have the right to charge extra for overly complicated themes / designs / ideas, which I will state in the personal quote.
Prices are non-negotiable once the invoice has been sent.
The agreed deposit is to be paid within 7 days of the invoice, otherwise the commission will be cancelled. If you need more time, please let me know in advance.

III. Commission process

     I will send the invoice to the provided e-mail address.
Once the deposit has been received, I will start working on the sketch of your artwork.
I will be in contact and show the sketch, open to any changes or adjustments, even a complete rework of the composition if the customer is not happy.
Once the sketch has been approved, I will require the full payment before finishing the artwork.
I can provide work in progress pictures if desired.

IV. Copyright / usage policy

     I, the artist, hold the right to the finished drawing, which means:
I’m allowed to use the artwork to post on my social media, display it in my portfolio, publish in my own sketchbooks and artbooks.

The customer has the right to:
– Use the artwork for personal use (including tattoos)
– Print the art and display it
– Keep the right to the original character displayed in the artwork
– Repost the art on their own social media or website, with credit given

Any commercial use, eg. to be published, resold, used for merchandise or used on a commercial website will be discussed prior to the commission, and a fee will be included in the quote.

V. Cancellation

    The customer has the right to cancel the commission once the deposit is paid, and will get a full refund.
If the customer cancels the commission once the full amount has been paid and the artwork is in progress, they will receive a partial refund.
I, the artist, have the right to cancel the commission, if this occurs, a full refund will be given, including the deposit.
